Watching the USWNT completely dominate the field was an exhilarating finish to the holiday weekend, but it was also super inspiring because it showed that all of their hard work on the field and in the gym paid off. Now, thanks to SKLZ, we have an inside look at what one of those gym sessions entails.

The Soccer Strong workouts from SKLZ gives you the chance to train at home with pro players (and total badasses) Alex Morgan, Ali Krieger and Major League Soccer player Dom Dwyer. The nine-week high-intensity workout program is designed to improve your power, strength and speed—whether you’re a world champ athlete or daily gym-goer.

We snagged an exclusive clip from Morgan’s power workout (beware, plyometrics ahead) so that you can sneak a peek and try one of the moves.
